This page explains refunds for donations and any future paid features.
Donations
- Donations are voluntary and usually non‑refundable.
- If you made a mistake or were charged twice, contact us within 7 days. We will review and assist; a short note or proof (e.g., reference/receipt) helps us resolve faster.
One‑time purchases (if offered)
- Refund eligibility, pricing, and any taxes will be shown at checkout.
- If a paid tool fails due to our error and cannot be fixed promptly, request a refund within 14 days with details of the issue.
Subscriptions (if offered)
- Cancel anytime from your account (when available) or by contacting support before the next renewal.
- After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current paid period. No prorated refunds unless required by law.
- Renewal dates and billing terms are shown at checkout and in your account.
Payment partners
Payments may be processed by partners such as Razorpay/Instamojo (India) and PayPal Business (global). Approved refunds are issued back to the original method through the same partner.
How to request
Email info@shrtx.in with your payment reference, date, and reason. Include any screenshots or receipts you have.
Processing time
We typically reply within 2–3 business days. If approved, refunds are initiated promptly; final timing depends on the payment partner and your bank or card issuer.
